About Our Family

My photo
LEST WE FORGET
We are the Shumaker Family whose number one desire is to give everything we are to our loving Saviour, Jesus Christ. Our family theme verse is Acts 20:24, "But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the Gospel of the grace of God." My husband, Andrew, is currently attending Bob Jones Seminary in pursuit of his Master's so that he may one day Pastor a church. He also works full time for my father, who is a medical practitioner, as his receptionist. It gives him great opportunity to not only see to the physical needs of patients but their spiritual needs as well. I am Christy, a full-time, stay at home Mommy, and I love it...it is the best job in the WORLD!!! Andrew and I have been married for 7 years and still counting, and we have 3, full of life, little girls. They are Natty, Marie, and Mercy.
